I purchased the king size Silver series. I hate, hate, HATE this bed. Terrible customer service. They did not honor their 90-day trial period. Unbelievable after spending all that money!! Such an unprofessional company to deal with. Will never recommend. Very bad business practices. Buyer beware!!!!

I've checked all records of sale for a Silver series mattress and have found none sold to anyone named Roger, or with the last name that starts with B.
SimplyRest ALWAYS honors our written 90-day trial period that is clearly stated on our website.
To that end, I'd like for you to give us a call and reference an order or invoice number so we can investigate further.
