Ridiculous!

Ordered an item and was told Shopatron will ship it within 2 business days. It is now has been over a week and i still haven't heard anything. I am cancelling my order if i don't get a resolution by the end of the day and that shipping better be expedited now. Unresponsive customer service, bad business.
