I went into Purrfect Auto Service for a basic oil change with a coupon. $12.00 plus $2.00 oil disposal fee. When changing the oil the tech noticed my oil pan plug needed to be replaced. So I said yes. I also told them I wanted a new air filter. Total came out to $41.00. They charged me 20 dollars for a 4.00 dollar air filter. 5 dollars for the drain plug. The rest was for a basic oil change with oil filter. I paid the guy and got out of there before I did something I would regret later.
In conclusion, they do good work, but will rip you off in the process.

First of all, we changed Engine oil and oil filter for your 91 ford Mustang, and charged only $14.77 including tax and disposal fee.
Do you think it's expensive or we ripped you off?
I have tried to provide the lowest price for oil change in LA area.
Next, Your drain plug had been damaged. We showed it to you and changed. Damaged drain plug change was just $5.00. Also $19.95 of air filter change is regular price. Nevertheless you wrote down we "will rip you off" in the public Web site. Your words hurt me and my employees' feelings. I think you are insulting me.
