Worst experience buying automotive parts. Customer service rarely picks up the phone, it takes 2 days (average) for them to call you back. They never solved any problems when I would talk to them. Towards the end, they were very rude and arrogant. (pretty much called me a liar) Out of the 4 items I ordered...all 4 had issues. I was sold an item they did not even have and then was not properly refunded. Headlight had a burned out led, then the high beam burned out in less than 2 wks, tail lights were not 'hook up ready', was sent the wrong color bumper lights. I sent them pictures to prove everything. They sent me return shipping labels, but I had to drive the 30 mins to the closest ups store to return and then the 30 mins back. The amount of problems I have had...I never knew this many things could go wrong with a simple order.
