This has to be the worst company to order bounce houses from. I placed an order for three units in the beginning of April and have yet to receive them. Everytime I call to speak to the "customer service specialist" (Ivan Perez) that took down my order they always have an excuse why he can't take my call. I have left several messages for him and the "manager" (Jaime) and have yet to receive any feedback about my order. I want to cancel my order and get my money back and they tell me that the only way to do that is by speaking with Ivan or Jaime. I am so frustrated with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Jumpions Inc. designs, manufactures and sells inflatable products to business owners in the party rental industry, family entertaimanet centers and goverment agencies. We manufacture all of our products to order in our facilities in Souther California. In this type of enviroment some delays by forces out our control are sometimes experienced. A copy of our Terms of Sale is provided and receipt knowledged in all of our transactions, we buold great products at a reasenable price. We do not sacrifice quality for quantity. The products to Leandra have been delivered and as far as we now she is satisfied.
