I called Florida Flooring based on an advertisement in a magazine. The person who answered was very professional and courteous,as a result, I requested an in-home estimate. This too was a good experience. The products were well presented, there was no pressure for me to make a decision and the sales person was very patient and knowledgeable.
Installation, by two experienced persons turned out to be a job well done and the clean up process was meticulous.
Throughout the period, from my first phone call to the day after installation, there were constant follow up te;ephone calls from the main office. They expressed gratitude for my having chosen their Company,assured me that the installers would arrive at the given time and were anxious to know my impressions on the completed job.
On the whole,I was extremely satisfied with the performance of this Company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
