This company disconnected their phones and canceled their web site.
Only a couple of emails available now, but will reply only when they think necessary.

Yes it appears California Mitigation Services LLC has closed up shop or making strong effort to avoid their clients. Their F rating with the BBB makes it pretty clear they have ignored at least one complainant.
It may be difficult to get in contact with a company/firm that has either gone out of business or relocated but here's some helpful tips that may assist you in either locating them or seeing if they went bankrupt.
